Electronic-grade ethyl acetate

Electronic-grade ethyl acetate is a high-purity product obtained by highly purifying ordinary ethyl acetate (CAS No. 141-78-6). It is a colorless, transparent liquid with a fruity aroma, easily volatile and highly flammable. In addition to the excellent solvency characteristics common to general ethyl acetate, its key features include exceptionally high purity, minimal impurities—especially extremely low levels of metallic impurities—and stringent particle control, all of which meet the stringent requirements of advanced electronic manufacturing sectors such as new energy materials, microelectronics, photoresists, and flat-panel displays.
